Each session is unique and contains fun, and quick exercises that challenge you at your current ability level with a range of exercise intervals.

You are aiming to burn the maximum number of calories as possible in a high intensity interval type training workout along with many resistance exercise movements to help build and strengthen your muscles to create that good lookin' body!

These elements help to whip you into fantastic shape. Each session is ended with stretching to promote muscle recovery, and flexibility. No one wants to get injured right?

Nutritional guidance and a Kick Start meal plan is provided to get you on the right track and maximize results. Adjustments are made when needed.

You will also receive coaching, motivation and accountability. We have a fantastic friendly and encouraging environment here with all levels welcome. When all these are put together you have a recipe for success.

What happens after I sign up?
You will receive an email with confirmation of the next steps. Then come along to your initial session and we'll get you started!

Where are your sessions held?
We are located at 2B/29 Huntingdon Drive Rangiora. Opposite the Five Stags restaurant in the Arlington retail complex.

How many sessions do I have to come to?
As many as you want. It is recommended for optimal results to make at least 3+ sessions per week. 

Does this program lock me in long term?
Not at all. It is a chance for you to try out our program for a 14 day period and experience results to see if it is a good fit for you, and if you're a good fit for us. However you're welcome to continue afterwards!
