How The Chiseled Fitness Program Works
Each session contains fun, and quick exercises that work to burn the most amount of fat and tighten up each area of your body. You are aiming to burn the maximum amount of calories as possible in a high intensity interval type training workout along with many resistance exercise movements to help build and develop muscle. These elements help to remove that ugly and stubborn fat. Each session is ended with relaxing stretching.

Nutritional guidance and meal plans are provided to get you on the right track. Adjustments made when needed.

You also receive coaching, motivation and accountability. Whenever you are unsure of something or need help regarding the program, you are advised to ask to make sure no one is ever confused. And when all these are put together you have a recipe for success!

What happens after I sign up?
You will receive an email with confirmation of the next steps. Then come along to your first initial session and we'll get you started!

How many sessions do I have to come to?
As many as you want. It is recommended for optimal results to make 3+ sessions per week.
